House rules: Your new favorite hotel, restaurants, spa & winery await

Chicago heads to Spain... Introducing Casa Beatnik!

A soulful integration of luxurious lodging, wine, food, art and design, Casa Beatnik is an idyllic refuge in the heart of Galicia’s wine country. Designed by Maison Bonhomme, Casa Beatnik is a bold transformation of an 18th-century pazo into a destination hotel that offers guests more than seven acres of bespoke bohemian luxury, wellness retreats and inspired hospitality.

Located 20 minutes outside of Santiago de Compostela, Casa Beatnik boasts 13 individually styled suites, 6 luxury yurts, two distinct restaurants (Beatnik Country House and Tribu), craft cocktail bars, a working winery and a vineyard featuring one of the world’s oldest vines. Other amenities include Iglusaunas from Estonia, a saltwater pool and daybeds, and a spa and wellness team of certified instructors and therapists specializing in yoga, tai chi, physio and several relaxing massages.

Casa Beatnik’s aesthetic is driven by a triumphant fusion of three countries close to our heart: Morocco for its audacious combinations of color and passionate artisans, France for its music and artistic confidence, and Italy for a healthy dose of polish and panache to sex it all up.

From our pastoral surroundings in the Ribeira do Ulla, guests are just a short drive away from the fishing villages and farmsteads of the Atlantic Coast of Spain. This is Galicia profunda, a rural idyll, whose bucolic atmosphere filled with vineyards, working farms and quiet villages perched atop hills or along shores, heightens our awareness of nature and the ever-changing seasons. Galicia offers that rare feeling of a place untouched and slightly lost in time, an inspiration to global nomads, who arrive to discover the excellence of its culinary treasures, winemakers, chefs, purveyors and artisans.

We want Casa Beatnik to be your lively sanctuary from where we can share with you our love for the history, culture, land, sea and people of Galicia.
